India today successfully test-fired the Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile (IRBM) Agni-5 from the Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, Odisha. The launch was conducted under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command (SFC), reaffirming India’s robust strategic deterrence and advanced missile capabilities. With a range of over 5,000 km, the Agni-5 adds a formidable shield to India’s defence arsenal, underscoring the nation’s technological self-reliance and strategic strength.
