The pro-farmer policies of Narendra Modi government is inspiring farmers to join in Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Nizamabad Parliament segment. Out of the 178 farmers who filed nominations from their agitating platform ‘Raithu Aikya Vedika’ for the historic Nizamabad M.P seat in 2019 General Elections, 46 farmers from Armoor, Balkonda, Korutla have already joined the party. 25 more farmers from Jagtial will be joining the party under the aegis of Shri Pannala Tirupathi Reddy ji, former president of ‘Raithu Aikya Vedika’ (Farmer union).
