I won’t eat… I won’t let others eat.” Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s powerful declaration is not just a slogan — it reflects a relentless commitment to zero tolerance against corruption.
Before 2014, millions of Indians were excluded from the banking system. Today, through the power of Digital India, they are directly connected to the financial mainstream. With Aadhaar-PAN linking and Direct Benefit Transfers (DBT), over ₹2.75 lakh crore has been saved, eliminating middlemen and ensuring subsidies, scholarships, MGNREGA wages, and other government benefits are directly transferred into beneficiaries’ bank accounts.
Contrast this with the Congress era, where headlines were dominated by scams, bribery, and misuse of public funds. Back then, even the Prime Minister admitted that out of every ₹100 meant for the people, only ₹15 reached them.
Today, under Modi ji’s leadership, headlines reflect progress, innovation, and national achievements. The government has already saved ₹5 lakh crore by cracking down on corruption. In MGNREGA alone, Aadhaar-linking has removed 1 crore fake job cards, saving ₹8,741 crore. Fake LPG connections and ration cards have also been eliminated — breaking the backbone of middlemen and leakages.
This is the result of a government led by clean intentions, bold decisions, and unwavering dedication to the people. The Modi government’s strong stance on clean governance is not just building a better present — it is laying the foundation for a developed, transparent, and empowered India.
