The Central Government has approved the extension of the Pradhan Mantri Street Vendor’s Atmanirbhar Nidhi (PM-SVANidhi) Scheme till 31st December 2024. Total Expenditure: ₹7,332 Crores. First Loan: Increased from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000. Second Loan: Increased from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000. Third Loan: Can now be availed up to ₹50,000. This extension will provide crucial financial support for small traders and street vendors, helping them expand their businesses and strengthen their livelihoods.
