Over 1,300 gifts received by Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the years will be put up for online auction from 17 September to 2 October 2025, marking his 75th birthday. Among the items is a model of the Ayodhya Ram Temple, along with many cultural, artistic, and devotional pieces. The proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting the Namami Gange initiative, the government’s mission to restore and protect the Ganga River and its ecosystem. This annual auction has become a tradition since 2019, showcasing the diverse range of memorabilia gifted to the Prime Minister. Citizens from across the country can participate, making it an opportunity to own a piece of history while contributing to a noble cause.
